I don't have a receipt

If at the end of the transaction you find that you don't have a receipt , then :
  • Check your wallet balance. If the money is still in the wallet then navigate to Invoices, choose the invoice of interest and complete the transaction
  • If the transaction still doesn't go through reset wallet pin for you might be using the wrong PIN
  • If the above do not help you succeed, please call 0709 920 000 for further assistance on the PIN
